“Love, flour, and fire: the perfect recipe.”

Simone Lena is a pizzaiolo originally from Turin who began his career perfecting the art of pizza making in his hometown. For several years, he worked in Tenerife, where he furthered his training and earned his instructor certification from the SPQR school, specializing in professional pizza techniques. After this international experience, he returned to Turin, his hometown, where he opened his own pizzeria and also conducts training courses for aspiring professional pizza chefs, sharing his experience and passion for pizza with new generations.
