Salvador Morales Reyes is a pizza chef originally from Mijas, Málaga, renowned for his passion for Italian cuisine and artisanal pizza. He owns his own pizzeria, Pizzería La Rústica, which opened in 2006 in Mijas and has since become a local landmark thanks to the quality of its products and the establishment’s welcoming atmosphere.

Throughout his career, Salvador has been actively involved in the world of pizza beyond his own pizzeria. He has served as a judge for the Pizza Route event in both Málaga and Tenerife, as well as an organizer, contributing to the dissemination and promotion of signature pizza in Spain.

Among his most notable achievements, in 2019 he won third place in the signature pizza championship in Málaga, solidifying his reputation as an expert and creative pizza chef. Currently, in addition to running his pizzeria, Salvador Morales Reyes conducts training courses for people who want to learn the art of pizza making and become professionals in this field.
