Michelangelo Bannò

“Oven, hands and heart: the perfect pizza.”

Michelangelo Bannó is originally from Rome, Italy, but moved to Tenerife at a young age, where he began working as a pizza maker alongside his brother in their own pizzeria. There, he learned the trade and the art of pizza making. After gaining professional experience, he moved to Lithuania, where he worked for Casa della Pasta, a well-known chain with locations in Kaunas and Vilnius.

Later, he moved to Switzerland, where he continues his career as a pizza maker in Lausanne. There, he has completed various professional pizza-making courses and, in addition to working at the pizzeria, currently teaches training courses for people who want to become professional pizza makers.

Among his achievements, he notably won second place in the Pizza di Pesce competition held in Marbella, Málaga.
