Luciano Grigolato

Luciano Grigolato is an Argentinian pizza master originally from Cutral-Co, Neuquén, Argentina, and now based in Mollina, Spain. He has distinguished himself by promoting and perfecting Argentinian pizza in Europe, while maintaining the traditional characteristics of this style.

Since arriving in Spain over 20 years ago, Luciano has worked at Isabella Pizza, establishing himself as a leading figure in Argentinian deep-dish pizza with generous mozzarella.

In 2025, he won first place in the “Argentinian Pizza” category at the 4th Spanish Gourmet Pizza Championship, held at the Salón Gourmets, an award that highlights his talent and the international reach of Argentinian pizza beyond its country of origin.

His career represents a cultural bridge between traditional Argentinian gastronomy and the contemporary European culinary scene, serving as an example of innovation and respect for tradition in the world of pizza.
