Upon entering Cacio e Pepe, you’re immediately struck by the restaurant’s attractive and welcoming atmosphere. Clean and tidy, everything is under control, including the restrooms and other facilities. The customer service is professional and efficient, allowing you to settle in quickly and enjoy the experience from the very first moment.
During our visit, we sampled two pinsas romana: a Margherita, which was somewhat spongy, and a more creative version with pear, pecorino cheese, and arugula. The latter had a slight sweetness due to the pear slices and the rather large walnuts. The cooking was just right, resulting in a beautiful color and an attractive presentation that perfectly complemented the overall dining experience.
The restaurant offers a tidy and tranquil ambiance, ideal for comfortably enjoying pinsas romana. The combination of a well-maintained space, expertly prepared pinsas, and professional service makes for a pleasant and satisfying visit.
