This pizza-by-the-slice shop surprised diners with a creative and flavorful offering: a pizza made with three types of potato, cornstarch, goat cheese, and pancetta. The result was remarkably good, demonstrating a successful combination of ingredients and a well-chosen selection of raw materials.
The establishment has a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Although the pizza chef was visibly nervous, which led to minor lapses in the pre-order planning and ingredient control, the overall execution was solid, and the final flavor of the pizza was outstanding.
