Patrizia Di Leo is an Italian pizza chef based in Gran Canaria, known for her artisanal pizza work and her recognition in culinary competitions both in the Canary Islands and internationally.

She has developed her culinary career in Gran Canaria, specializing in the artisanal preparation of pizzas and Italian cuisine using local products. Together with her partner, she owns the pizzeria “A Casa Mia” in Mogán, an establishment that focuses on traditional Italian cuisine, interpreted with artisanal techniques and a strong commitment to island ingredients.

She has received numerous awards and accolades for her work with pizza, including: Best International Pizza Maker Award for her contribution to promoting pizza culture in the Canary Islands (PizzaDOC Awards 2024), first place in the classic pizza category and third place in Neapolitan pizza at Pizza Expo 2022, champion of gluten-free pizza at the 2024 Gourmet Pizza Championship, and recognition from the Gran Canaria Me Gusta (Island Council) for her international impact and commitment to local products. In addition, in 2018 she was a finalist and won third place in the Canary Islands Absolute Pizza Championship (Gran Premio Grupo COMIT), a competition held in Tenerife.

Her culinary approach is characterized by artisanal pizza, with attention to technique, quality ingredients, and meticulous presentation. She has been recognized for her advocacy of authentic Italian techniques, criticizing practices such as the use of frozen bases and championing fresh dough and ingredients.
