Juan Ramón Carreño is a pizza chef from Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. He learned the art of pizza making while working at La Salumería pizzeria, where he specialized in Pizza en Pala, a type of pizza he has mastered.
After perfecting his technique, he entered his pizza in the La Ruta de la Pizza competition, achieving second place.
Currently, he teaches pizza chef training courses in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, sharing his experience and knowledge with those who want to become professionals in the world of pizza.
