Upon entering Compostelana, the first thing that stands out is the setting: a very attractive and tastefully decorated space that exudes a welcoming and appealing atmosphere, ideal for visitors to the area. The aesthetics are clearly well-designed and play a significant role in the initial experience.

The pizza we tried, served at the beginning of service, showed some minor adjustments typical of that early stage of preparation. The dough had a decent texture, although it tasted somewhat bland, possibly due to insufficient resting time or rushed handling. The flavors, in general, were flat, failing to develop deeper nuances.

Even so, the overall experience clearly has room for improvement: with better fermentation management and greater attention to the first batch of pizzas, the result could be considerably enhanced.

The service, while adequate, felt cold and distant, a contrast to the warm ambiance of the restaurant. A more personal touch would significantly improve the entire experience.

In short, Compostelana is a pizzeria with a charming setting and great visual appeal that, with a few tweaks to the kitchen and warmer service, could offer a much more complete experience. The potential is there; it just needs to polish a few key details to reach a higher level.
